Video Complaining About Us Airways Customer Service

Posted in Plane Maintenance | 9 comments

Video rant about how after a maintenance issue with a plane from US Airways ruined my entire long weekend to Florida and I wasted a vacation day for it, I called US Airways customer service. There I spoke with a supervisor named David who insulted me, attacked me verbally, and refused to give me the full refund I deserved after I politely explained the situation and how my entire vacation day and weekend were ruined because of the maintenance issue that preventing me from enjoying my weekend down in Florida. If anyone else has had issues with US Airways customer service, please make it known and hopefully change will happen.

I’m not sure of the runways actual length but I believe the part beyond the parking area is 1600ft long. This is a fun strip as it has trees all around it. This runway is at a float plane maintenance base just a mile north of CYCN. Not all pilots are able to land here. Some have to land at CYCN and the AME has to go to the airport or actually fly the airplane to the strip themselves if the owner approves of it.
